The Annual NailFile Live Competition will take place on 3 September as part of the Professional Beauty Johannesburg Expo at Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand.
A popular event that attracts dozens of nail techs, the competition offers entrants the opportunity to show off their skills and creativity.
Categories for the Live Competition are:
Master Sculptor (Acrylic & Gel) Sponsored by Calgel
Tip Overlay – NOVICE (Acrylic & Gel)
Tip Overlay – ADVANCED (Acrylic & Gel)
Gel Polish Creation PANTONE ‘23 VIVA MAGENTA Sponsored by Bio Sculpture
In addition, there is an Off-Site Competition with 2 categories – Tip Box is themed ‘Steam Punk’ and Photographic is themed ‘Hollywood’. These entries must be delivered to Professional Beauty’s offices in Ferndale, Randburg, prior to the competition.
Competitors for any of the categories who enter before 1 September qualify for the Early Bird Special entry fee of R150. Although late entries will be welcome on the day, they will be subject to a higher entry fee.
